How many ways can you don a sock?
When a fitness expert came to us with a passion for helping senior citizens regain their fitness and health, we turned it into a story:
The story of putting on your socks.
Do you avoid them altogether, and rather wear flip-flops? Do you sit on a chair or on a bed? Or can you put them on, one at a time, while standing up? Salut!
What do your socks tell you about your movement and your health? And how about a guide who will turn you into a show-off sock issuer?
Needless to say, our client loved it! 🤩
Insurance may sound like a dry and dusty subject, but not to us. When a client sought help with marketing life-insurance, we dug up some interesting insurance stories.
Did you know that a British hotel took out a
£1 000 000 policy against death or disability caused by a spirit, after an alleged ghost sighting on his property?
Or that during the space race, there was a £22 000 policy (worth around $200 000 today) against accidental death caused by ‘falling Sputnik’?
Alien abduction insurance has been available in the US since the late-1980s. And at least two claims have been paid out. These anecdotes – and many more – made for a memorable message, and a very happy client! 😀

Some subjects are more serious, and human dignity and empathy is at their center. For the client who strove to help women dealing with infertility, we wrote this:
“When struggling with infertility your loved ones will no doubt come up with some appalling one-liners, crazy cures, and awful advice around the Christmas lunch table.
Refrain from throwing the lamb shank or rosemary potatoes at them. Unless they have walked the path you are walking, they won’t get it straight away.
Locking yourself in the bathroom won’t help. Guide them to awareness. Send links and articles whilst still in the bathroom. Make them promise to listen before you unlock the door, but unlock the door you must.”
Even if we say so ourselves, that final line still gives us goose bumps. 🥰
